A monk's day consists of prayer, manual labor and lectio divina, or spiritual reading.  We read Scripture and other spiritual books slowly, with the expectation that one sentence or one paragraph has a message for the day.  God's Word becomes little by little integrated into our way of thinking.  On these pages we wish to share with you some of the insights that Sisters have received through their lectio divina.
